Client Accounts Representative

Job Description Summary
The Client Accounts Representative provides excellent customer service, completing revenue generating tasks while maintaining the integrity of Inmar’s major databases and programming.

The ideal candidate will exhibit initiative to evolve personally and within Inmar’s organization.

They will display self-control under stressful circumstances and collaborate effectively with their direct and indirect teams.

Operational  (60%)
Responds to client inquiries on a daily basis – telephone and/or email messages
Completes weekly and monthly reporting based on client needs – including weekly billing and month-end reporting
Updates and maintains client database structure
Provide support to the Account Executive in the way of reporting for client meetings, business reviews, and contract negotiations
Researches client deductions and provides backup reporting as needed
Completes onboarding process as well as conversions or de-conversions as needed
Revenue generating activities including, but not limited to, referrals and customized/in depth reporting.
Assist in the maintenance of timely payments from clients and recover those accounts from being on hold.
Maintains client files including SalesForce cases and backup book
Technical (30%)

Trains client contacts on the Inmar internal applications
Creates ad-hoc reporting upon requests
Influence (10%)

Collaborate with other departments as needed for research or to resolve issues or answer questions
Requirements:

Associate’s Degree
0-2  years of related work experience working directly with clients
Proficient with Google Suite
Proficient with Microsoft Office
