Job Description:

Position Overview

This position is a management training role responsible for learning all aspects of rail shop operations and management.

Key Responsibilities

* Gain a working knowledge of rail shop operations and management including but not limited to maintenance, procurement, sales, quality, inventory, safety, compliance, financial planning and reporting, and project management

* Gain necessary knowledge and experience to transition into a management position within 6-12 months

What is expected of you and others at this level

* Performs routine, entry-level assignments

* Knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts gained through education and/or experience

* Develops competence by performing structured work assignments

* Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems

* Receives instruction, guidance and direction

Minimum Q ualifications & Skills

* Bachelor's Degree required (or the equivalent in work experience)

* 1-3 years' relevant experience required

* Ability to relocate
