Job Description

Kimberly-Clark seeks a game-changing, agile leader for the position of Global Diversity Engagement Leader.  This position may be based in Roswell, GA or Neenah, WI.

This position will report to the Associate Director, Global D&I Strategy and Operations.


* Partner with HR and business leaders globally to develop, integrate and drive sustainable D&I workforce plans that improve business results through focused recruitment, retention, and development strategies; assess progress and ensure results are achieved.

* Lead 10 employee resource groups (ERG) across 60 chapters globally, in setting and delivering on their annual strategic plans, ensuring their efforts are consistently aimed at driving inclusion globally

* Continuously strengthen the ERG infrastructure, Executive Sponsor engagement and provide governance across all ERGs to ensure programs, practices and initiatives drive further business value and align with D&I and broader HR strategies.  

* Work closely with the Associate Director, Global D&I Strategy and Operations to allocate and manage ERG budgets and measure the ROI of various initiatives and programs, understanding the impact on D&I and business priorities.

* Collaborate with the Global Talent Acquisition Team on Kimberly-Clark’s recruiting strategy to ensure that we have necessary access to strong, diverse talent, at all levels.

* Manage nomination and enrollment processes for annual diversity development programs and conferences.  

* Lead projects that cultivate a workplace that supports open dialogue on complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations about diversity and inclusion.

* Provide leadership for Roswell Community Relations, managing annual partnership plans and events with community partners, including opportunities for integration with local ERGs.

* Act as an internal and external thought leader, sharing best practices and bringing them back in order to strengthen and improve our efforts.

* Provide D&I leadership in the Fox Valley, acting as a local K-C representative to collaboratively and actively work to improve D&I in the community.

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree

* At least 7 years of progressive business experience with Kimberly-Clark or a Fortune 500 organization.

* You have sound knowledge of K-C businesses globally (and/or CPG industry) and proven understanding of the value of the Diversity and Inclusion strategy as a business imperative.

* You have both a strategic and operational mindset.

* You are proficient in interpreting data and using insights to drive recommendations.
