Principal Scientist - Flow Cytometry

What You'll Do:

You will work closely with senior leadership to implement a strategic scientific plan to support translational medicine research, primarily in the Immuno-Oncology and autoimmune/inflammatory space.

You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional services to our diverse, creative and global biopharmaceutical clients.

You will design experimental plans that match client requirements and be able to communicate the plan and progress to the client.

You will focus on design and development of creative qualified and validated immunophenotyping (including 18 color flow cytometry assays, receptor occupancy assays, tetramer/dextramer assays as well as simpler flow based assays), and antigen specific (ELISPot/Fluorospot) or other cell based assays and molecular assays such as Nanostring.

You will deliver healthy and disease state human primary cells isolated from leukopaks, our Accucellâ„¢ product.

You will also provide hands on training and mentoring to junior scientists in both in laboratory techniques and in the analysis and presentation of data.

What You'll Need:

Minimum Required:


* Ph.D.

in life sciences or relevant field (preferably Immunology, Cellular Biology) 


* 8+ years of full-time post-doctoral laboratory experience

Other Required:


* Strong bench scientist skills around cell based assays.
