Job Description

Job Title: Ecommerce Marketing Manager EMEA

Full Time: 36.5 hours per week

Location: Reigate, Surrey

As the Ecommerce Marketing Manager, you will create and execute the right plans in order to meet our global business plan objectives, maintain existing business, and expand into new categories.

The primary purpose of this position is to develop market-driving channel programs and innovative initiatives for the entire Kimberly Clark Professional Portfolio of platforms, products and solutions within high-growth eCommerce & OPS channels.

The eCommerce Marketing Manager will also be directly responsible for executing these strategies for selected pure-play eCommerce channels as well as collaborating with regional and local marketing teams to support the development of eCommerce opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Develop channel strategies, plans, budgets, and forecasts to increase KCP’s penetration in pureplay eCommerce channels to ultimately drive growth.

* Work with Segment and Channel Marketing Managers and Customer Development/Sales to deliver against brand/business objectives and goals in eCommerce/OPS channels for the existing customer portfolio

* Develop customers' capability around new products and categories to grow market share 

* Identify supply needs, pricing guidelines, cost structure/drivers, alternate routes to market, packaging requirements and potential margin improvement opportunities within the channel

* Define the current market position and potential demand opportunities via situation and opportunity assessments for strategic eCommerce channels

* Contribute to the Innovation Management Framework process, bringing the customer perspective that influences innovation through to launch strategy and execution

* Generate overall eCommerce strategies and drive execution including but not limited to distribution, pricing, merchandising, trade promotions, content, SEO/SEM and analytics for key Etail customers

* Ensure alignment between brand/platform/category/product plans and channel plans

* Lead/participate in key customer meetings, in conjunction with eComm Business Development Manager, and OPS Distributor Account Managers

* Continuously measure effectiveness and ROI of initiatives and apply learnings in ongoing strategies and plans

Qualifications & Experience:

* Degree in Marketing or related field

* Extensive experience including digital marketing or eCommerce

* Experience of working with cross-functional groups in matrix type organisation, and able to drive collaboration (e.g., finance, category, operations, supply chain)

* Ability to work independently and complete projects within required timeframes

* Able to inspire, motivate and lead project teams to achieve outstanding results
