Job Description

Summary of Position:

Individuals in this role are considered SAP systems experts and as such, represent the sector in corporate initiatives that impact order management tools and systems.  The incumbent provides SAP expertise and B2B insights as they work closely with various enterprises, KCP Centers of Excellence, and SAP system end users to deliver needed capabilities that are aligned with the Sector’s Think Customer strategy.  The incumbent will monitor trends in business, customer behaviors, and Analyst performance to identify opportunities for training and/or systems enhancements.  The incumbent will lead and implement tool and process enhancements and design changes through the application of Lean Principles and Continuous Improvement tools.
 

He/she is responsible for engaging other departments (Forecasting, Planning, Deployment, Distribution, Transportation, and Sales) to understand their needs and ensure alignment with capabilities of order management processes and future enhancements.  He/she will lead the communications, training, and implementation of best practices for the management of the customer orders and issue analysis. 

This position is responsible for KCP’s Customer Care Solutions onboarding and ongoing systems training.

These individuals will apply adult learning principles to deliver exceptional training that will minimizes onboarding frustration, accelerates an analyst’s leaning and effectiveness, and reduces turnover. 

This position is responsible for the set-up and management of processes to allocate constrained inventory.  This position will provide guidance to the business team ensuring the advantages and disadvantages of the various options for inventory management are clearly understood and the appropriate methods are applied.  This position will ensure that analysts are trained and kept current on the order management of constrained codes.
 

These individuals operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment which requires independent problem solving and higher level analytics in order to succeed.

The incumbents are required to effectively manage their systems and processes, support and strengthen their customer relationships, and prioritize work – all while making cost effective decisions.

Success in this role requires independent thinking, extensive systems/supply chain knowledge, product knowledge, strong communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to problem solve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
 

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide assistance (advice & testing) to ERP-related programs to ensure successful rollout and start-up of systems associated with R3/Vistex functionality.
