Reporting to the GPS Operational Excellence Director, this position will lead strategic and operational priorities for OpEx PMO.

This position will be responsible building and deploying Change Leadership (CL) and Knowledge Management (KM).

The position will partner with other OpEx PMO leaders and business leaders and stakeholders to develop, deploy and manage a CL program focused on select change leaders and a well-structured KM program focused on enabling OpEx PMO’s systemic knowledge sharing across Global Product Development and Supply (GPS).


Job Duties/Responsibilities:

•      Build and execute strategy for Change Leadership with the goal of enabling change leaders to learn and apply the basics of Change Leadership

•      Build and execute strategy for Knowledge Management for the OpEx PMO team to enable systemic documentation, sharing and leveraging OpEx PMO knowledge across GPS

•      Develop and deploy training for both CL and KM (virtual, classroom and on the job training)

•      Coach and mentor select leaders of change initiatives in the application of CL to enable effective and timely execution of those initiatives

•      Serve as a subject matter expert on KM and mentor other GPS organizations that have the need for KM with the goal of building the skills of those organizations

•      Develop and deploy structured competency development for both CL and KM with the goal of enabling every GPS organization to build their internal expertise

•      Train and develop other trainers to embed the skills in each GPS organization

•      Develop and deploy process to continue improving the training standards

•      Develop and deploy process to capture and easily share best practices, and case studies  for CL and KM

•      Develop and implement installation and realization metrics to show effectiveness of CL and KM

•      Build and effectively leverage CL networks across GPS

•      Act as a coach and mentor for key GPS initiatives requiring expert guidance

•      Lead and or contribute to other prioritized OpEx PMO work as required

·         Partner with other OpEx Directors and team members to ensure standardization and continuous improvement the CL and KM processes

·         Apply CL methods to ensure effective execution of OpEx and to promote a culture and mindset of operational excellence and continuous improvement
