Position Summary:

In this role you will be part of a team working together that will be challenged to operate a production line safely, effectively and efficiently.

You will work to ensure and maximize team performance and results through skill diversity and development.

As a member of the team, you will contribute your individual skills and talents to help advance team goals and objectives.

Core Job Responsibilities

* Safely operate high speed manufacturing equipment

* Perform with integrity all required quality checks to ensure highest quality of product

* Maintain proper sanitary conditions and housekeeping standards.

* Support process operations with core work including housekeeping, grade changes, sanitization, material loading, troubleshooting, and basic equipment repair.

* Exhibit appropriate interpersonal skills necessary to work as a member of a high performance team.

* Problem solving and decision making skills

* Motivated self-starter

* Demonstrate the behaviors of Build Trust, Make Decisions, Win Consistently, Think Customer, Build Talent, and Continuously Improve.

Required Job Functions:

* Ability to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour fixed shifts (day or night), including overtime, weekends and holidays

* The position requires the Colleague to stand at workstations and perform repetitive lifting and manipulative tasks.

* Must be able to lift 40 pounds twice each hour.

* Ascend and descend stairs, ladders and ramps.

* Perform bending, twisting, stooping and crouching movements.

* Work with exposure to chemicals in an environment with dust and mist

* Follow strict gowning and hygiene requirements.

* Must be able to wear the required PPE while performing tasks

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of 18 years of age

* High school diploma or GED equivalency

* Basic computer skills, including skill in Microsoft Office as well as skill using both web-based and software based programs

* Basic mechanical aptitude

* Basic math skills

* Demonstrated performance in safety, quality, and attendance with previous employments

* Ability to work in a High Performing Team Based environment

* Legal right to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous or current experience in a fast-paced, team-based work environment

* Demonstrated mechanical ability, including troubleshooting, problem identification, and resolution.
