This exciting opportunity has arisen to join the EMEA Sales and Digital Capability team, to enable the acceleration of our capability plans across the region.

Reporting to the Sales and Digital Capability Leader, you will work closely with the Commercial Capability Manager, co-ordinating and supporting the deployment of our plans across EMEA.

As well as supporting the broader capability team.

You will be co-ordinating capability activites, including training and workshops within and across markets, liaising with internal and external stakeholders across EMEA.

Along with this, you will be owning the Capability SharePoint, organisation and maintenance of content and supporting the capability team in the creation of presentation material for meetings and training.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, great at project management, can build a strong network, and a strong team player.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Creation and maintenance of Commercial Capability SharePoint

* Set and maintain all capability material to a minimum and consistent standard

* Co-ordinate and organise all material for markets to easily access and utilise

* Drive user engagement of SharePoint through suitable communications

* Support in creation and distribution of monthly reports and scorecards

* Organisation of quarterly and ad hoc capability reviews with relevant markets

* Preparation of training and workshops including pre-work, joining instructions, post evaluation and liaising with country HRBP/Capability leads to manage in country activities.

* Co-ordinate and organise training and workshops across EMEA: including people, rooms, resources, material, visa and travel (where appropriate).

* Appropriate diary management within Capability Team

* Maintaining accurate lists of commercial roles across the region (sales, Category, Marketing, E commerce)

* Creating & closing PO’s, liaising with vendors

The Individual

* This role is available for local candidates already authorised to work in the roles country only.

Kimberly-Clark will not provide relocation for this role.

* Excellent administration and organisational skills with project management experience highly desirable

* The ability to engage with stakeholders across the UK and the wider EMEA region

* Must be able to build relationships consistently, enabling on-going and effective partnerships.

* Actively looks for new methods or processes to achieve desired results

* You will be a team player, be able to prioritise a busy workload and able to work unsupervised for periods of time.
