Position Summary

The Strategic Initiatives Program Manager is responsible for delivering operational support, fiscal transparency and performance monitoring of the investments allocated to projects or programs.  This role reports into the Sales Strategy Organization supporting the Theatre Vice Presidents through collaboration with Human Resources and Recruiting.

The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of financial budget management, recruitment practices, project or program management, and must have the ability to drive complex, high business impact operational components to timely completion.  The Program Manager should be comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization up to and including senior executives.

Primary Responsibilities: 


* Prudent management of the investments allocated to the strategic initiatives 


* Monitor and report on progress to plan; design a recovery and communication strategy in the event projects deviate from baseline plan


* Partner with HQ & Theatre Finance stakeholders to ensure budget is followed and monitored for accuracy


* Partner with Human Resources to ensure the recruiting plan is followed and monitored for desired outcomes


* Develop and track metrics for measuring performance and efficiencies of investments; produce reports for management on key statistics and trends


* Design and deliver executive-level presentations to support the Investment Strategies


* Design and manage effective global program-level meetings to communicate status and coordinate efforts;


* Perform other related duties as assigned

* Ability to make complex decisions using and interpreting available data to positively impact operational requirements


* Excellent oral and written communication skills sufficient to explain complex financial problems and solutions to diverse audiences verbally and in writing


* Able to apply critical thinking techniques to analyze problems, develop solutions, build resource forecasts and manage risk


* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks in an accurate and thorough manner


* Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations


* Ability to lead through influence to drive forward both the team and program


* Ability to manage and facilitate team meetings and initiatives to effectively develop plans and achieve goals
