HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Scientific Engineering/Technical Assistance (SETA) Analyst to support the U-2 Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) Mission Planning Cell (MPC) program to work out of Beale Air Force Base, California with possible travel to other continental United States (CONUS) or overseas (OCONUS) locations as directed by the 99^th Reconnaissance Squadron Commander (99 RS/CC).

The U2 ISR MPC SETA Analyst shall provide support to the future development of requirements for the Mission Planning Cell located at Beale AFB, CA.  This position resides within the U-2 Research & Development Laboratory and is responsible for assisting the Technical Director, Program Manager, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, and the 99 RS/CC.   To facilitate future MPC development the contractor will need to work closely with key personnel within the following agencies: Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Headquarters Air Force (HAF)/ Intelligence office (A2), and Air Force Material Command (AFMC) Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), the Common Mission Control Center (CMCC) program, and others as required.  Contractor will be required to provide analytical, advisory, technical expertise and analysis on anticipated/proposed activities to enable Multi-Domain Command and Control (MDC2) and Data to Decision (D2D) efforts as they support the Air Forces Air Superiority 2030 Flight Plan.  The scope of this effort provides Scientific Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to coordinate with agencies at MDA, HAF/A2, and others in support of the Headquarters Air Force Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Capabilities office (HAF/A2CC).

 The contractor shall support Combat Air Forces (CAF) integration of programmed and developing ISR capabilities into the broader Joint and National Intelligence Community (IC).

 The Contractor has the commensurate experience and judgment to: lead extremely technical working groups, author and prepare detailed engagement plans, address future technologies targeting future Air Force program roadmaps, establish/complete demonstration studies, measure technical performance of sensors in ISR experimentation, review interagency finding reports and coordinate amongst stakeholder agencies.  Contractor will also build: future Concepts of Operations (CONOP), Concepts of Employment (CONEMP), Tactics Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), and Demonstration Studies.
