Senior Sales Recruiter

The Senior Sales Recruiter will responsible for the recruiting and hiring process for the field sales organizations across all 4 Hologic Divisions: Diagnostic Solutions, Breast & Skeletal Health, GYN Surgical Solutions, and Medical Aesthetics.  The Senior Sales Recruiter is responsible for designing and delivering recruitment strategies leveraging a suite of “talent channels”, e.g.

Sourcing, Competitive Talent Landscape/Market Research, Executive Search, Employee Referral Programs and External Partnerships to meet commercial short and long-term hiring needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* In partnership with the sales leaders, Talent Acquisition and HR partners, develop and execute immediate and long-term hiring strategies to meet the business objectives.

* Develop a sense of excitement about Hologic field sales opportunities that positions us as an employer of choice to attract the best talent.

* Source, screen, interview, and present a diversified and high quality pool of candidates to hiring managers/customers in a timely manner.

* Partner with Human Resources Business Partners and key customers to understand organizational talent needs and develop and implement cost-effective, efficient, and creative recruitment strategies

* Collaborate with hiring managers, departmental leadership, and HR Business Partners throughout the employment life cycle.

* Provide appropriate feedback and recommendations throughout the acquisition process on candidate assessment, selection, salary, and overall offer recommendation.

* Consult with HR Business Partners as appropriate and needed on developing offer recommendations.

* Utilize, update and maintain Talent Acquisition tools and systems.Leverage and partner effectively with outside search firms to ensure agency deliverables are achieved


* Comply and support all aspects of the overall talent acquisition process, policies, and related employment laws and regulations.

* Develop and deploy recruiting metrics and analytics/reports with managers.

* Demonstrate thorough understanding and adherence to internal Hologic processes and contribute to recruiting process improvements


* Knowledge of creative sourcing and staffing strategies.

* Experience in behavioral interviewing techniques.

* Must have knowledge and experience with recruiting tools, e.g.

ATS (Taleo), social media, CRM.

* Must have the ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the sales team to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed

* Outstanding inter-personal skills

* Superior written & verbal communication skills with emphasis placed on accuracy

* Ideal candidate will be energetic, work well in a team environment with a high sense of urgency and ongoing competing demands.

* Minimum 5 years of Sales recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in a Medical Device or healthcare industry.


* B.A.

or B.S in a related field required or equivalent experience

Agencies that submit a resume to Hologic must have a current executed Hologic Agency Agreement executed by a member of the Human Resource Department.

In addition Agencies may only submit candidates to positions for which they have been invited to do so by a Hologic Recruiter.
