How You’ll Contribute to the Team
The Multi-Family Development Executive is responsible for the development, coordination, and oversight of multi-family development projects, with specific emphasis on apartment development.

Overseeing the project through all phases – including concept, construction, and operational transition – this role combines exceptional strategic planning skills with a strong background in site feasibility, due diligence, value engineering and land planning.

At Corvias, you’ll be called upon to ensure successful project delivery as you:


* Complete new development assessments, including feasibility studies and concept testing.


* Maintain a detailed understanding of the project vision and successfully communicate components to all relevant stakeholders.


* Set up KPI’s and monitor project performance to ensure deliverables and milestones are achieved on-time and on-budget.


* Identify and evaluate project consultants and contractors and ensure clear communication of all project specifications; Close collaboration with on-site supervision to ensure projects meet Corvias quality standard during the development process.


* Negotiate agreements with consultants and contractors that deliver maximum value, minimal total cost, reduce risk, and control scope changes.


* Develop and maintain financial forecast and its inherent assumptions to support financial efforts across projects by preparing and monitoring property development budgets.


* Perform regular market analysis and provide advice on optimal unit mix to maintain product supply that matches market demand.


* Partner with Finance on pro forma creation by providing sound guidance on project assumptions, projections, and anticipated costs.


* Partner with Construction to ensure all permits, regulatory approvals, environmental and geotechnical studies are obtained and followed.


* Partner with property operations team to ensure all proforma operating assumptions are clearly defined and there is full and open collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.


* Partner with property operations team to identify redevelopment and renovation opportunities aimed at improving existing assets.


* Effectively communicate the Corvias value propositions while serving as a client-facing member of the team during the procurement, design, and construction phases.
