Academic Affairs Assistant

Responsibilities include:


* Assist with Maintenance of attendance records.


* Distribute ‘Hot Slips’ to instructors.


* Proctor instructor evaluations at the end of each module.


* File student documentation as necessary.


* Attend, record, and distribute minutes at departmental meetings.


* Assist in sending communications for Advisory Board meetings.


* Serve as recording secretary to all Advisory Boards.


* Offer clerical support to Department Managers as necessary.


* Ordering, inventory, and distribution of student textbooks.


* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:


* Minimum of 1 years clerical support experience.


* Computer expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).


* Time management and customer service skills required.


* Must be detail oriented.
