Marketing Coordinator, HOKA Events

Under the guidance of the Event Manager, the Marketing Coordinator – Events will serve as primary administrator for all expo/event/trade related document, expense, and asset life cycle management and vendor/cross functional dept.

Duties & Responsibilities


* Manage Events/Expos/Trade Shows Master Calendar and all related internal documents.


* Manage online documents and file sharing.


* Manage respective asset travel schedule and Cube tours.


* Coordinate inbound/outbound Events/Expo logistics.


* Oversee asset care and maintenance.


* Work with vendors to purchase new event assets


* Distribute assets to FSR team, Sales team and events as needed.


* Book booth spaces and place utility orders for booths.


* Attend Events/Expos to assist in setup and teardown, support sales and for strategic learning.


* Drive and coordinate expo activations in conjunction with Sports Marketing team for sponsored races.


* Reserve and manage room blocks for major expos/events.


* Manage the promotional items strategy including; sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, distribution


* Manage the budgets associated with Events/Expos and Promotional Items
