Senior Manager, Growth Marketing: Paid Social

My client is looking for a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, who will be a key leader responsible for defining and leading our customer acquisition strategy across display, paid social, content marketing, and other paid media channels.

My client, is looking for a data-driven, analytical, and highly pragmatic media professional with experience managing high-performance digital media campaigns to drive sales growth, acquire new customers, and create an engaged subscriber base.

This is a unique opportunity to work with the finance team to understand sales targets and then build a budget for the channels you will be targeting.

Your point of view and previous experience with an e-commerce brand are needed for you to be successful.

What You’ll Do

* Manage the revenue forecast and delivery for your channels, identifying new opportunities to increase scale and deliver on performance targets

* Build a testing and optimization culture, implementing a rigorous testing framework to continuously test and optimize your channels for incremental impact

* Manage internal media buyers and external vendors, determining the best strategy for in-house vs external execution

* Be on the forefront of exploring new platforms, technologies, and strategies to drive performance and build a best-in-class performance media program

* Serve as a global thought leader for performance media, sharing insights and learnings across the marketing organization

* Work closely with Brand Media and CRM teams to develop cross-channel strategies and optimize the customer experience across channels


* 7+ years of digital marketing experience managing digital campaigns

* Proven success managing performance-based marketing programs and achieving monthly revenue and spending targets to drive profitable growth for a consumer brand’s e-commerce platform

* Deep knowledge of display media channels, paid social, programmatic buying, audience targeting, AdTech/MarTech platforms

* Ability to lead, influence, and previous experience collaborating cross-functionally with a track record of building excellent relationships with a broad range of peers and executives

* Experience developing and implementing test and control programs

* Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and analytics best practices

* Experience developing high-performing marketers and managing external resources

* Significant expertise leveraging data to improve marketing performance

* Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task and adapt priorities to changing business needs
