Human Resources Services Apprentice

Main Responsibility :

·         Participate in Provides Compensation & Benefits-related data & reports.

·         Participate in Provide Data for Management’s review and presentation (e.g.

employee turnover, demography, cost analysis).

·         Participate in Annual HR Budgeting and Headcount Planning for Management’s base to measure Cigna past and future performance.

·         Participate in data preparation for HO project: Project Optimus

·         Participate in Assess & Monitoring Corporate Culture initiatives

·         Participate in Work Load Analysis and Headcount planning

·         Participate in Conduct and analysis engagement survey and provide recommendation to improve employee engagement

·         Participate in Reviews, maintains and updates the Human resources online handbook and policy and procedures manuals as necessary.

Communicates changes and updates to the workforce and provides training when appropriate

·         Setting priorities

·         Fresh graduate from reputable university maximum age 24 years old

·         Bachelor degree from major Information Technology, Mathematic/Statistic, Economy Management, Digital, Engineering, Psychology with minimum GPA 3,25

·         Fluent in English both verbal and written
