Job Description

The Distribution Hourly Team Leader will interact with multiple computer systems and departments to perform a variety of tasks in accordance with defined job processes with a focus on safety and quality in a 24-hour, global distribution center supporting a Medical Device company.

They are expected to comprehend and demonstrate compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.

Tasks may include manual and clerical distribution duties.

Duties performed are of a complex nature involving in-depth knowledge of our distribution processes & Lean methodology.

Duties performed may focus on a particular distribution area including international or domestic shipping, set assembling, receiving & put away, returns processing and inventory management.

The Distribution Hourly Team Leader is responsible for providing constructive input to enhance the work process/environment by making suggestions and implementing process changes in partnership with distribution management to ensure the achievement of the Distribution Center objectives.

The daily responsibilities will be dependent on the area assigned.
