Part time Bookkeeper Office Manager

Minimum 2-3 years bookkeeping experience.

Must have experience with QuickBooks.

Experience in a law firm or other professional service firm preferred.

Experience with law firm or professional services billing software preferred (Time slips preferred).

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Administrative and organizational skills Attention to details and mathematical accuracy Verbal and written communication skills Job Type: Part-time – 20 hours per week over 4 or 5 days.

Pay commensurate with experience.

References required.
