JOB SUMMARY
Under the general direction of a Business Solutions Manager or Team Lead, the Systems Analyst III effectively performs all accountabilities of the SA I and SA II roles in addition to managing/leading work order efforts.

Participates in business case preparation and vendor selection processes.

Completes technical and detail design requirements documents, including flows, integrations and impacts.

Creates complex reports and queries to access device and audit logs.

Creates impact analyses while identifying, understanding and planning for impacts of planned systems and ensuring new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and systems.

Plans technical solutions from start to finish.

Manages work of variable staffing solutions.

Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements.

Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn’t meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management.

This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Translate medium to complex Business requirements into technical solutions.

• Manage/lead work order efforts as assigned and applicable mentoring.

• Participate in Business Case preparation and vendor selection processes.

• Create, execute and track/report unit case testing.

Prepare hand-off documents for remaining testing stages.

• Manage work of variable staffing solutions.

• Complete technical and detail design requirement documents, including flows, integrations and impacts.

• Follow SDLC methodology on project assignments and create needed documents.

• Create complex report/queries to access device and audit logs.

• Create impact analysis on medium to large projects - Identify, understand and plan for impacts of planned systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existin...
