Agency Recruitment Senior Officer

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Recruitment


* Working closely with various units in Agency, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures recruitment


* Coordinate with any promotional event i.e.

job fair, walk in interview to support the recruitment activity & promote company profile at universities


* Request Posting Job advertisement in Internet to HR


* To identify and to attract potential candidate internally and externally


* Conduct recruitment and selection process to have an appropriate candidate based on profiling (Send scan CV, copy ID and summary PIA candidate (strength & need develop, Submit name of candidate list to HR, Check AAJI and Black List status Inform Cigna interview schedule with clear Sales force candidate, Salary information, AAJI silence )


* Arrange interview, interview and and prepare an sales agreement to selected candidate


* Update for Recruitment data, resignation and progress


* Responsible for filing new hire hardcopy data


* Handling massive recruitment for sales distribution


* Conduct exit interview, statistical analysis on sales force turnover


* Making offering letter and prepare a partnership agreement to selected candidate


* Prepare all documentation which is required so that the recruitment process can conduct smoothly


* Prepare new hire data for training department team


* Responsible for referral program, blasting email vacancies and paid payment


* Sending reminder for RSM for making probation evaluation (three month probation) for their new team member (ASM) and making probation letter if passed

To support the manager in the development of relevant policies within the Recruitment and Selection function

Experience/Knowledge Requirements:

·         Experience in industry minimal 5 years

·         Experience in sales team minimal 3 year

·         Perform well in relationship with external parties

·         Maintain and having extensive networking

Education and Other Requirements:

·         Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably from psychology or education discipline

·         Minimum  4 years working experiences in Recruitment as supervisor level in diverse industry prefer from financial/ Insurance institution or international companies

·         Demonstrate evidence of establishing and monitoring effective working relationships with a diverse range of Clients and Stakeholders.

·         Have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.

·         Display positive attitude and strong in facilitation skills

·         Computer literate
