Media and Marketing Coordinator

Summary:            To provide confidential, professional administrative support to the Marketing and ADCO Team so the company can achieve its goals and objectives.
Job Duties:

* Provides key promotional marketing support to Director, Media and Public Relations and Marketing and Partnership Manager, and other Management as directed.

* Tracks and reconciles expenditures and billing for ADCO according to established company standards.

* Assists with the development and assembly of marketing materials to support on-going programs, promotions, collateral, merchandising materials and brand imaging components. 

* Maintains and tracks reimbursements from media budgets (e.g.

TV, Radio, OOH, and Social Digital) according to established company standards. 

* Orders and routes advertising materials (e.g.

media traffic/tags) to various media outlets according to established company standards. 

* Updates brand reports, media schedules, events, contract venues; provides follow ups, summaries, and post analysis. 

* Coordinates coupon orders, shipping, and invoicing (e.g.

secure coupon bar codes, and media materials from brand groups).

* Completes and maintains trade summaries, meeting notes, on-going media buy balances and other paperwork according to established company policy. 

* Correspondence with media partners; updates and maintains promotional information.

* Develops and executes social digital marketing programs for internal initiatives, brand groups, and customers; provides post analysis reports.

* Travels to, and assists with marketing events throughout G&J Branches.

* Maintains confidentiality of financial information, pricing, customer information and other sensitive and confidential information. 

* Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works outside of the normal schedule as required to meet workload demands.

Performs other related duties as required.  

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field required.
Experience:  3-5 years of previous marketing experience or similar field required, and/or combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:  Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite required; previous SharePoint, strongly preferred. 
Other Requirements:  Knowledge of: Microsoft Office Suite including Access; Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop; beverage industry.

Skill in: internal and external customer service.

Ability to: work quickly, efficiently and independently; multi-task; prioritize; be detail oriented; meet deadlines in a pressured situation; communicate effectively with other employees and develop good working relationships; read and understand sales and financial reports; adapt to change; problem solve; operate a computer, copier, printer; read and write.
