HR Operations Analyst

* Research and build tools and processes to deliver self-service to the HR community

* Partnering with HR community to develop business metrics and dashboards to facilitate decision making and initiative updates.

* Identify and drive process and technology improvement opportunities based on operational analyses

* Going through current manual process and identifying areas of process improvement and automation based on operational analyses.

Helping build enterprise standards to be implemented across the globe.

* Collaborate and partner with HR Technology team to drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution using the SDLC model

* Comparing data files between various feeds to and from Workday.

Analyzing mismatches and recommending corrections for HR Technology team to implement.
