Product Marketing Manager, PicoSure

The Product Manager is responsible for identifying downstream marketing opportunities and supporting the Skin Revitalization product portfolio growth through collaboration with cross-functional teams.  Primary responsibilities include developing and supporting marketing strategies through tactical execution designed to meet corporate sales objectives for the Skin Revitalization product portfolio, with emphasis on PicoSure®. 
 
Duties & Responsibilities


* Develop productive relationships with global commercial team and external clients to gather product feedback and information to help inform opportunities for both upstream and downstream initiatives.


* Work with internal clinical & customer service teams to partner with customer sites in order to leverage relationships and help achieve product goals.


* Serve as internal product expert on the commercial status of product portfolio and as the trainer/liaison for global sales channel.


* Prepare extensive sales support and launch packages for effective promotion of key product enhancements and updates.


* Drive acquisition of competitor product knowledge and effectively communicate winning best practices for positioning against the competition, and ensure support for sales training and reinforcement of best practice sharing.


* Lead, monitor and evaluate sales, lead generation, and promotional programs to determine success.


* Identify trends throughout the aesthetic marketplace, especially, but not limited to Skin Revitalization. 


* Partner with global sales, R & D and engineering on select upstream marketing projects for new product development, as well as enhancements to sustain product leadership.

* Product marketing expert on cross-functional downstream marketing projects and initiatives with the ability to influence and build effective relationships.

 Education


* BS or BA in marketing or related field with 3 - 5 years of experience in product management or product marketing.

Combination of sales and marketing experience will be considered.

 Experience


* Experience in Medical Device marketing is preferred.

Aesthetic product marketing experience is a plus.


* Experience in supporting and executing many elements of a traditional product marketing role including social media and digital marketing opportunities for clients and consumers.
