We are seeking Customer Care Representatives to create great experiences with our guests and our hotels to support customer satisfaction and guest retention.
This role maintains and reinforces relationships to build trust and confidence through all contact channels and protects and supports brand image by being responsive to customer questions and concerns.
This is a phone based customer service position in a contact center environment.
Customer Care Representatives earn a starting base wage of $12 per hour plus annual bonus and annual merit increases.
