Vendor Management Office (VMO) Contractual

·         Ensure all supplier basic information accuracy

·         Confirm existing supplier base in each country

·         Work with sourcing & procurement team or suppliers to build up basic information pool for existing supplier base including: Company legal name, country, address, email, phone, materials/services, bank account/Tax ID etc.

·         Ensure all basic license and business certificates are collected from suppliers upon standard documentation checklist

·         Upload all above information and certificates (E-copy) into Ariba

Required Qualifications

·         Bachelor degree or above

·         Good communication skills

·         Result oriented

·         English: Intermediate/ Advanced level (Writing and Speaking)


Preferred Qualifications

·         Familiar with Ariba or the other similar sourcing tools

·         Basic understanding of procurement procedure

·         Quick learner and self-motivated
