Procurement System Analyst – Ariba Implementation

Design Phase:

•             Prepare content/presentations for workshop and design validation sessions

•             Lead and drive to resolve open items independently and cooperate with all APAC country team

•             Gather and document busieness requirments

•             FIT GAP analysis of requirements

•             Prepare process flow and end-to-end design document

Build Phase:

•             Prepare/review business solution document

•             Review functional specification

•             Develop test scrips for system unit test and integration test

•             Perform testing (poduct test and integration test)

User Acceptance Testing Phase:

•             Co-ordinate with Business stakeholder

•             Develop and review testing scrips and validate with business stakeholders

•             Execute testing

Go-live preparations and support:

•             Support Business readiness and go-live activities

•             Prepare go-live cutover plan for functional team

•             Support training preparation and conduct training sessions to key users

•             Bachelor Degree

•             Advanced Student/ Degree in business administration, economic science or related

•             5+ years experience in sourcing and procurement department

•             Stronge logic thoughts and ability to resolve issue independently

•             Strong knowledge on vendor sourcing , purchasing, inventory , receiving and payables

•             Superior oral and written communications skills with fluency in spoken and written English

•             Strong coordination, follow up and organization skills

•             Ability to work under strict timelines

•             Experience using ERP, eprocurement systems,

•             Experience using excel, ppt, etc

•             Travel will be required according to needs of the project.
