Job Summary

Provides leadership and change management for TJX Global Product Development, including key product development tools such as FlexPLM, designer software, global collaborative tools and other key onboarding programs.  Directs and supports the execution of the Divisions’ new initiatives; evaluates and validates the effectiveness of those programs.  Partners with the Finance, Reporting and Technology team in order to develop strategies to ensure efficient and effective use of technology/applications.  Manages the roll out of new processes to ensure global standardization and efficiency.

Supports the PD Trainer in addressing process and systems related questions.  Manages the onboarding process for new users globally; builds and maintains strong ties with the change leadership team to maintain ongoing lines of communication.  Creates and maintains future strategies for subsequent phases of global tool rollouts such as FlexPLM.

Establishes initiatives and metrics to drive adoption through change management, training and the building of lasting relationships. 

 

Major Areas of Responsibility


* Proposes new processes to improve user adoption and increase user efficiency for management approval


* Identifies and recommends super users to support new/existing technology


* Decides what stakeholders to take as partners


* Decides appropriate timing for the roll of out of new systems initiatives


* Recommends candidates to hire

Ongoing Change Management strategies and management:


* Delivers on key Global Product Development change initiatives including technology and processes to be rolled out across the Global PD Division and to overseas Sourcing Partners.
