Associate Lead

Associate Lead – Talent Acquisition  

In the role of Associate Lead – Talent acquisition, you will act as an expert for the project team to different stakeholders, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, track and report project status regularly and contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company.


In this role you will be responsible for client and team interactions, transition activities, floor operations, quality and process compliance, knowledge management, internal/external audits and process compliance.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

·     Recruit, interview and place candidates in permanent and fixed term positions

·     Thoroughly interview candidates to determine skill set and expertise

·     Proactively identify candidates using innovative search techniques

·     Some work on weekends required

Location for this position is Atlanta, GA.



·     High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

·     At least 4 years of relevant experience


·     Experience in technical recruitment

·     Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities directly

·     Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with changing priorities and deadlines

·     Familiarity with MS Office and applicant tracking systems

·     Communication Skills

·     Analytical skills
