Clinical Specialist - Spine

In this role you will be reporting to the Regional Sales Manager (Spine).

This is an important role as you will be assisting the State's Territory Managers with customer service and support.

You will assist with the effective territory management in terms of organisation, administration, inventory management and expense planning and control.

Key Accountabilities:

* Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to our products through conducting and/or coordinating: training sessions.

In-service education programs.

* Assists Managers and in-house training department in educating/training new clinical specialists and sales representatives.

* Supports sales team during and following cases by: completing necessary documentation (e.g., implant registration) and phone calls (customer service).

* Updates teammates concerning cases.

Immediately notifies appropriate teammates regarding issues or problems requiring follow-up.

* Manages inventories and provides support (including the expedited delivery of stock to customers as needed) with rotation and delivery to optimize customer service and efficiency.

* Provides technical and case support as required

* Assist Territory Managers in providing after-hours on-call support (On call and rostered 1 weekend in approximately 5 or 6

* Provides monthly report to RSM and as required

Must Have:

Enjoys interacting and participating in a team environment, but is effective at self-direction, self-

motivated, positive, energetic and enthusiastic outgoing, confident and friendly.

Nursing qualifications, general science degree, or similar preferred specialised training in healthcare.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate with ease at different levels of hierarchy

Excellent presentation skills

Can deliver a customer focused service to internal and external customers

Can work autonomously but is also a team player
