Under general supervision, support front line sales in the compilation and verification of documentation necessary to evaluate and decision residential loans, including conventional portfolio and secondary market and construction loans.

Stay current of changes in investor, regulatory and internal guidelines to ensure compliance and loan eligibility.

Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesn’t meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management.

This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide loan processing support to loan officer and customer.

Contact customer to request appropriate credit documentation needed for loan file.

Maintain regular communication with customer and loan officer.

Communicate UW approval and obtain outstanding conditions.
